UC fitness workers files class action, you may be entitled to compensation

University of California fitness workers class action lawsuit

We are attorneys representing current and former fitness workers in a putative class action lawsuit against the University of California regarding alleged unpaid wages and related violations of employment law.

The case is McAvoy, et al. v. Regents of the University of California, Alameda County Superior Court Case No. 22CV019870.

The case alleges that the University of California failed to pay fitness workers for all time spent working and failed to pay all wages owed on the dates required.

The court has not yet ruled on whether this case will proceed as a class action, but we are working diligently to protect the rights of fitness workers who may have been impacted.

If you are interested in speaking with us or have questions about the case:

We are happy to schedule a time to discuss your work experience. We look forward to speaking with you.

Sincerely,
